upcyclequeen @minedthemanor thanks for the offer to help. One of my items has sold and while packing it up I noticed a small snag in the fabric. I want to notify the buyer and lower the price for them. How do I go about doing that?

minedthemanor If you click on the item sold, click on comments, type @theirclosetname) to start and then let her know about the issue. I think the order can be cancelled if she chooses. I recommend taking a pic of it and creating a listing you can delete after it's resolved so she can see what you are describing! She may not mind! It has happened to all of us, don't feel bad! Good luck and let me know if I an help in any other way!
