Hi just letting you know that I am really disappointed from the Tory Burch bag I purchased from you . When I received it I did not check it .the bag has orange paint inside it a lot of ink marks dirt and discoloration.. the hardware is all faded scratched of and it cannot be carried as the hook that needs to be attached to the strap has been pulled off all these issues should have been shown and mentioned I am very disappointed as I can’t resell or use this bag please advice what you can do

@exoticenevrywy I’m really sorry you are disappointed in the clutch. I thought the pictures disclosed all issues though. The last pic shows the inside of the purse with some orange highlighter & pen marks, the 3rd pic shows that the logo has some scratches, and 4th pic shows the rip for the strap so that’s why I listed it as a clutch instead of a crossbody purse but you can still attach the straps from the inside of the purse which I show in the pics as well.

@gcraw14 the picture that you have taken From inside the bag does not show all the orange paint and pen marks and dirt it show a tiny faded mark only pls look again but it’s actually distroyed from inside I have picture that shows the correct condition of the bag that should have been taken and cindy should have been mentioned
