Recommend to avoid this buyer at all cost. She gave me a one-star rating for “creating a listing while the offer was happening”. Here is what happened, and I hope she understands that all I tried to do was help her. None of the issue that emerge could have been controlled on my side, but I tried my best to fix it.

1. The closet clear-out event happens every weekend, where $4.99 shipping discount is applied if price is dropped by 10%. However, Poshmark takes away this discount if offers are made. She offered and I countered. Buyer did not see the shipping cost and paid. In effort to solve this issue, I made another listing with the shipping discount, since time was running out. She could have purchased that listing and I would cancel the old purchase.

1.5. By the way, I sold these pants dirt cheap ($11), which is why the buyer may have assumed that I was being shady by re-listing the same pants. Not true. I was being nice with the initial price, and attempted to solve the $3 shipping cost.

2. I also contacted poshmark support to see if they would refund her the $3 difference, which they did in form of poshmark credit. Although the buyer could have opened the case herself, I went ahead and did it. She got mad that poshmark did not email her about this credit.

3. She said she wanted the package fast, so I shipped the next day. Alas, USPS forgot to scan it on departure. It happens all the time. The record shows it finally scanned at the destination state. Buyer became angry again.

4. In the end, the buyer got her package in four days. Ordered on 23rd. I shipped on 24th and it got delivered on 28th. She also has the $3 poshmark credit.
