@458alicia - I shipped that order to another buyer, I mixed up the labels. The other buyer should receive that order today or tomorrow. She'll have to ship it back, then I can resend them. If you do not want to wait, I can contact posh to reimburse you, and give you extra (at my cost) so you could send the shoes back.
I am very sorry for this mix up, and apologize for all the confusion.

@458alicia Hi, as explained I had two orders and mixed up the labels. I accidentally sent the MK to the person who bought the coach shoes. I am in contact with POSH, so they can assist in helping me correct this error. I am waiting to hear back from them. I explain exactly what happened, and how I mixed up the labels. Believe me, I am doing everything in my power to get this corrected. If you would like, I can cancel the order and as POSH to reimburse you, if you want

@458alicia the coach shoes you received was already sold to another customer, the one I switched the labels with. I would need you to send those back, I'm currently working with POSH to get a new postage label. If the customer no longer wants the coach shoes, I'll let you know.
