sgustems hey I purchased your trinity ranch jeans and they are beautiful but they are moldy. They have an oder... I'm gonna try and wash them and see if comes clean, I kinda already accepted them without taking them out of the bag.

hkamalei @sgustems Hi, so sorry to hear that! I am from hawaii and we have constant moisture in the air here and such high humidity that it does tent to give clothing a smell. I’m not sure how to refund once accepted. It would probably be best to have them dry cleaned for $20 or so and I could give you that money somehow. I think a dry cleaning would be best for sure

hkamalei @sgustems Sorry to hear that. If you’re thinking about sending it back or wanting me to take them back, I’d really prefer you to just take them to the dry cleaners so they don’t get ruined. There may be a smell but they really were brand new
