As it was brand new and in excellent condition, that’s all I can offer. I can assure you it’s not a knockoff. It is disheartening to see that my rating was dinged because you didn’t like the quality, but I hope you find something you like! 😁

haleyisshort @sweetaheart Nothing personal, just is not an authentic item from Cleobella. It’s a knockoff. It is “brand new” but it’s not an authentic item. Shipping and service were great.

sweetaheart @haleyisshort thank you, appreciated! Might want to get a second opinion on that as I’ve purchased a couple of these (different sizes) from cleobella and they were all the same quality, if that makes sense. I just don’t want you to reposh and lose money on it with the mindset that it’s fake. If I still had my receipt, I’d definitely show you. Sadly, I cleared my email since it had over 4000 messages 🤣.
