robertbiondi So sorry to hear the heel cap fell off and cost you so much to replace! Pliner is an excellent designer shoe brand, even your vintage ones. And the white woven leather was in such pristine condition when I wrapped them...so unfortunate you are so unhappy. 😞 I hope your day gets better.
