debjondeb11 Are you sure about your size ? Am size 9 toms shoes but for this toms model shoes , I bought 9.5 for myself since 9 didn't fit me .. It's better to try this model in Nordstrom before purchasing Posh doesn't accept return if it doesn't fit you

jlanereed Hi there! So sorry for the inconvenience with the Lariat not meeting your expectations. In the boxes with the other two items that you purchased, since they are both brand new, there are tiny strips of what look like paper-you can use those to remove any signs of "wear" that you saw on the triangle Lariat by gently "buffing" them out. Again, sorry! It is a beautiful piece & should clean up quite easily 😘
