sexyretro @harmonyshands Hello Harmony, Just Laying Flat Across the Front the Waistband is 14 Inches. That is Why I Said The Band Was 28 Inches All the Way Around. And Stretched Just Across The Front is 20 inches. Which Would be 40 Inches All The Way Around. However the Waistband Elastic is Tight. I Sent You A Offer 1 Day Ago.
