kjeffries68 @heatherhail It's overwhelming! First you need to ship them. Once they reach the buyer they have 3 days to accept, then the money gets released into your account. If you look at your balance you'll see money there, but you can't use it or cash it out until buyer accepts. That's one thing that's kind of annoying. Some buyers are great at accepting their packages right away & others just wait to the las minute. Some don't at all. In those cases, posh will release the money after the 3rd day.

heatherhail @kjeffries68 well i think tomorrow i can print the label at the office and ship out? Or is there more to it? If the buyer doesn’t accept do they return the item?

kjeffries68 @heatherhail no, they don't return it. That usually just means the buyer didn't take the time to review the item. A lot of busy people won't take the time to accept it. What most people do is give you a rating of up to 5 stars and sometimes write a note if they were happy with your service. Posh is very supportive of their sellers also when it comes to returns. So you don't see a lot of return on Posh.

kjeffries68 @heatherhail but yes, just print the label at work. It's best to use a priority mail box from the post office but it's not necessary.

kjeffries68 @heatherhail ok, you want to go to the top of your page and click on the arrow up at the left hand corner. That will take you to a long list. Look for "balance" and click on that. That should link you to a page where you can get yourself set up for direct deposit. I believe when you click on it, it will issue you a code and send it to your email address and then you can enter your info from there.
