caitlinandrews Thanks for purchasing the coach booties! I'm sorry they weren't as clean as they should be! We are going though a renovation and there is dust everywhere!! I should have cleaned them off better before I sent them. I am so sorry. Thank you for the feedback.

threadyready Hi Heather! I just wanted to apologize again for the labeling mix up! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m so sorry! A very large order was put together/shipped out and a few labels unfortunately were mistakenly slipped down by 1 in the order of packages and thus sent to wrong buyers. Totally my fault. I will keep you updated with the status of things. Again, I’m so sorry for my mistake.
