The images posted to represent the garment did not include the sections which were heavily damaged with fabric pilling and snags. The text description makes a general reference to “age/wear”, but customers trust that the images posted to showcase the level of age/wear would represent the garment’s overall condition, not exclude/avoid particular sections where the fabric damage is visibly apparent (particularly on the back panel).

Your listing stated that returns are not accepted. Would you be willing to accept the garment back for a refund? That would greatly improve and change my overall customer experience.
