Hi there. I purchased a pair of boots from your shop a few days ago and was awaiting shipment. Today I was surprised to see that my order was cancelled because of a damaged item. I’m confused by this. Can you please explain the damage?

@jlcanupp I’m so sorry about this! When I was packing them up I found a black streak on the outside of the right shoe. I cannot think of how it got there other than being stored next to a pair of black leather boots. In any case, I was unable to remove the streak. I apologize for canceling.
