justine_steph @imankasas Once a buyer’s $ is secure with Poshmark you are emailed the shipping label to print & use on USPS priority box or envelope to ship. Once the buyer receives their purchase they have 3 days to either Accept Delivery or file a dispute, as soon as they Accept, or by the 4th day after delivery, Poshmark will email you again to let you know the $ is avail in your balance. Plz let me know if you still have any questions

justine_steph @imankasas You go to your Balance and it will show when the $ is being held and then when it is redeemable. You can then click to direct deposit into your bank account or there’s also an option to have a check sent to you. I’ve only used the first option and once you click to deposit, Posh will email you a confirmation & a date to expect the funds to appear (appx 2-3 days).
