changinghands Hi, I'm disappointed with the Roger Vivier brown flats and the fact that you were not transparent on the description. While the shoes are very pretty, it definitely is not "worn only once and in new condition" as the listing stated. The shoes have been resoled, the brand imprint is faded and it definitely shows that it's been worn more than once. I opted to accept the product and not report so as not to cause trouble.

lleeposher @thediabetesdiva I was away for family emergency. I was not here when item was delivered and missed the 3 days. This dress was advertised as new without tag. no defects. It has a hole in it and clearly is a used garment! It is not repairable. It is sellers like you that give Poshmark a bad reputation to purchase from.

thediabetesdiva @lleeposher No one is perfect and apparently whatever hole you are speaking of was not identified at the time it was examined and shipped…nevertheless you could have just return it? I’m sorry for the emergency that you had, life happens to all of us. Yet to be be nasty, harassing and put this on my page was not necessary. Note to all sellers…this lady is a real piece of work!

beautifulboda @thediabetesdiva As Poshmark ambassadors we are responsible for the items we list. If we list something as new but without tags that means it is in perfect condition. We should always inspect the item at time of listing and also before shipping to the buyer. I completely understand your buyer’s frustration when she didn’t get to inspect within the 3 days and payment was released to you. She was expecting a “New” dress. Your words say a lot about you.

thediabetesdiva @beautifulboda love the sisterhood and totally get your OPINION! You are 100% right in regards to quality control/service. The pinhole she is mentioning was just not visible or detected, if it even exists. She had opportunity to return it. Yet making assumptions and attacking my character is not cool. We all have had a challenging buyer. I don’t deserve to be disrespected. Next time please have all the facts before you go ahead and correct/insult someone Ms AMBASSADOR.
