Hi! I'm J, 6’3”, 180lbs, size 32 waist. All my clothes have only ever been washed in cold water and hang dried and or dry cleaned only in a pet-free and smoke-free home. Since COVID started I transitioned from heavy lifting to heavy cardio and as a result have dropped 20lbs and 2 sizes.
