ja_hamilton @reduxstyle Hello I never received any shipping information from Poshmark. They always send an email and post a message in Poshmark. That is how they release the funds to you. I have to click “accept” but I never got anything other than a notice that they sent you a reminder earlier in the week and then one that said I could cancel since it was never shipped??? I

ja_hamilton will go check my mailbox to see if it was left in the parcel box. But all the shipping/tracking goes through Poshmark. That also allows me to track it. I had no idea it was ever shipped. Did you print out the shipping label?

ja_hamilton @reduxstyle Thank you for the tracking number. I just put it in the USP tracker and it says it is out for delivery today. I’m trying to understand why you have a different message from them saying it was delivered. ?? Your contact yesterday was the only information I have ever received about it being shipped which is unusual. Like it said before, Poshmark has always sent me a notification when an item is shipped along with tracking information.

ja_hamilton I never received any of that. They only sent me a message stating that they sent you a reminder to ship it after several days. Did you not get a message from them? I’m not trying to cheat you or be difficult. I could only go in the information that I had and I only canceled because I never received the merchandise or notification it had shipped or that there was a problem and apparently continues to be a problem.
