kimberlyw153 Hi! Ty for your purchase. I just realized there are 2 tiny holes from where I removed the tag on the back of the neck. I can easily bring them to my seamstress to sew closed (since I can’t even thread a needle let alone sew, lol) but it will take a few days or I can re-list the dress for $10 less any that will cover the cost of the repair. jackiethinks @kimberlyw153 Hi. Just reduce the price & send it on (as long as it is most definitely an XL & not onesize.) I broke my leg and need this type pullover short dress. I( own 2 but I’m looking forward to receiving a black one.) Thanks for your honesty!!

kimberlyw153 @jackiethinks Hi, the card I enclosed explained what I did. There is a check in there to cover the cost of the repair. The dress is definitely an XL because I have the Large and measured it before I sent it. Fresh Produce has an odd sizing policy. They offer XL “and” 1X (plus size) which fit totally differently. We’re you hoping for a 1X?

jackiethinks @kimberlyw153 I don’t need a 1x - just an XL. I have 2 of the dresses so I know exactly how they fit. I did not see a check for refund in the package. I held the dress up to the 2 XL dresses I have. It is definitely smaller. Maybe you dries it and it shrunk?

kimberlyw153 I don’t think I ever washed the dress but if I did, it’s 100% cotton, they stretch easily. It’s absolutely an XL. I have a L that stretched to a 2x. $10 will more than cover the the repair I told you was necessary before letting you purchase this.

kimberlyw153 My offer of a refund still stands which if you care to take advantage of would have made your 1 star review unnecessary. As you said, you’re new here but the “honor code” is to contact the seller prior to writing a negative review. The fact that everyone can see I made you aware of the defects, sent you a check and an explanation which you at first said you didn’t read and then I offered the unheard of full refund proves I’m a seller that will stand by what I sell.

jackiethinks @kimberlyw153 - Kimberly, my hsk’pr washed dress, stretched it out. It’s a bit snug but I can handle it. I believe it is a size L, not XL but I’m keeping it. I wear a 12 usually but I wanted this XL for my wheelchair comfort. I did not find a check in the package you sent so I believe you still owe me the $10 as promised. If it was there & we did not see it, my apologies. If you have another of these dresses, I would buy it from you. Tell me how to change the rating and I will do so.

kimberlyw153 @jackiethinks We can go back and forth about the size but I know it’s an XL bc as I said I have the Large and wouldn’t buy 2 larges. And there’s no way I’d fit into a medium 😂 so I know I only bought 2. Regardless, if you saw the card I sent, the check was definitely was in it. I can put a stop payment on that check and send another.

kimberlyw153 If that works for you, just lmk after doing a thorough search of the package/card. If the check isn’t there then you must have discarded in error. Putting a stop payment on a check costs bank fees but I want to be sure you get the money you’re due so no worries. Thank you for updating your review :)) I’m honestly one of the only people here that accepts returns happily to make sure the buyer is satisfied. Just keep me posted! Thanks 😊
