Hello we did try to reach out to you to see if you wanted the Red Hearts instead of the lips. The quality of the Red Lip glasses are subpar to our Standard. These particular red lips break very easily each pair has broken. I find the red Hearts to be much better quality. We can offer a full refund on these since you are not happy. Just return . Our keep them and accept our apologies for the late notice. I only ask that you please communicate with me next time before leaving a negative review.
