jgreen0722 There’s never enough room to get it all covered. Be sure to ask prospective buyers to make offers using the offer button. That gives you privacy to negotiate and it keeps a record. Because your new some people may try to lowball you on prices. While it’s up to you on what you need for an item, the range starts at 10% on one item, 15% on two and so on.
