jamienoles @kiarabriones Usually I get a notice on Poshmark as soon as the item has shipped. How did you send it? Post offices were closed today. If it was UPS or Fedex, can you send the tracking #? I got an email from Poshmark to cancel, and since there was nothing in the shipping tab, I went ahead w/ it. Sorry 😬

kiarabriones @jamienoles I sent it through ups, I didn’t get a tracking number. I just printed the label that Poshmark sent me, put the sweater in the box and gave it to them to ship. Once you get the package can u just send it back then? I don’t know how this is going to work. L

jamienoles @kiarabriones don’t go to any trouble I you’re still having car issues... it may be that it was scanned, but since it was cancelled, it didn’t specifically link to my shipping tab. I’ll go into my purchases link to see if customer service can put it in in the “out for delivery” status.

jamienoles @kiarabriones I can’t do it myself, but sent customer support an email with the situation to see if they can. I think worst case scenario, we’d go through the process of listing and buying again. I’ll let you know what they say back.

jamienoles You should see that you’ve been paid for the first sale now. (poshmark customer service said that couldn’t happen, but...it did!). If you’ll wait it out on the 2nd order, I’ll cancel it when they send the email to cancel (like the first order). This was a messy one, and I apologize for my part. Maybe it’ll arrive today, but I want to make sure I don’t get charged twice. Thx!
