Good morning, I wanted to let you know that I'm in the process of getting your purchase ready to send out. The HOBO that you purchase only came with the one strap that converts for on the shoulder and crossbody wear. It worked well for me. I wanted to make sure that you are aware because I don't think it's all that clear in the pictures. So, if possible, I'll upload a few more now so that you can see. @dljmoriarty Hi Deb, it is a beautiful bag and in great condition except for the strap that was cut off. Unfortunately it just won’t work for me without the strap so I’ve started the return process. It’s safely packed up the way you sent it, along with the wallet, and ready to return to you.

Good morning Jamie. Thank you for your kind email. I totally understand. I wouldn't want you to keep anything that you weren't happy with. I purchased that Hobo 4 or 5 years ago and to the best of my recollection, it didn't have the extra strap. However, I'm a crossbody gal, and I'm sure that is what I zoned in on when I purchased it.
