michellec219 Good afternoon. I just purchased the blanc noir moto jacket.. why was I charged tax? I’ve never been charged tax before and it wasn’t listed on your listing. Only shipping ???

willowsway @michellec219 Hello Michelle, I did not charge you sales tax, Poshmark did. It seems as of Jan 1st 2020, Poshmark will collect and submit to the state of Illinois, sales tax on items purchased. This apparently just went into effect. The tax is $3.23. Please let me know if you still wish to go ahead with this purchase. Jane
