cinderellashine Hello Jane. Most unfortunately, the lovely earrings that I purchased and accepted before I took them out of the bag are damaged. One of the earring has no hook or circle to attach the bauble. What would you like to do to rectify it? Thanks!

cinderellashine @jane1517 They were wrapped very securely, but the hook had no catch and there was no attaching ring. I am so sorry. It appears to be an oversight. Surely, not deliberate.

cinderellashine @jane1517 I just received a response from Poshmark. They have given me a full refund and told me to keep the item. You have already been paid. Its a mystery to me, as well. But its sorted now. Very generous of Posh to resolve it.
