threadedrenewal Hey, I noticed Poshmark sided with you even though I shipped out your shirt with the button attached. I really have no use for the broken button and I’m not sure why they didn’t refund us both. I just emailed Poshmark and am waiting on a response but like I said, I have no use for a damaged shirt.

janelleirene @threadedrenewal I’m not totally sure how it works or why you wouldn’t get refunded. I have to ship the shirt out by tomorrow to get my refund, so unless I get a confirmation from them that I don’t need to ship it soon, I’m just going to go ahead and ship it.

threadedrenewal @janelleirene ok. I’m not sure either since you can see in my photos that the shirt was not damaged nor missing buttons. It just seems like a waste of shipping since I’ll have no use for the shirt if it’s returned. Just as a heads up, I’m going to mark that there’s an issue with the return because it shouldn’t have been approved as the shirt wasn’t damaged when shipped out.

janelleirene @threadedrenewal have you considered that it may have broke in transit? I should not have to pay for an item that I did not receive In the condition advertised. Thanks for the heads up though! I went ahead and took a screen shot of your comment and will make sure to pass it along to poshmark.
