ajcook50 @jgaystardo under your balance once payment has been released by buyer accepting that they got the order it will show under redeemable. If you click on that it will say direct deposit or check under direct deposit you can put your account info in.

jgaystardo @ajcook50 okay, and once someone purchased my item, will I get notified? Also, will the item be removed from my closet or will it get marked as sold? Or would I have to go in there and remove it?

ajcook50 @jgaystardo It gets marked as sold once something is marked as sold you cannot delete it. You will get an app notification along with an email.

jgaystardo @ajcook50 if they offered me a check via mail and they plan to pick the item up how would I mark it as sold.

ajcook50 @jgaystardo Poshmark does bot support offline transactions. There is no way to mark something as sold unless bought through the app. Any offline transaction cannot be covered under posh guarantee protection.
