jrwalker572 @chicknology Hello Kathleen, yes it was exciting for the whole town. Tourism increased dramatically. Rent was increased once renovation was completed. Overall it put Wetumpka on the map. Thank you for stopping by my closet. Happy Poshing 😊

treatposh OMG! Coincidentally, I was watching your whole town featured on HGTV today! I have lots of family in AL and have spent time there over the years, but wasn’t familiar with Wetumka until today! Just wanted to put that out there when I saw your “follow”.

jrwalker572 @treatposh Hello Lisa, thank you for stopping by my closet and for the follow. Next time you are in the Montgomery area swing on by Wetumpka. It’s a small homie town with a big casino in the middle of it. Stop by and enjoy some of the small boutique shops and food shops downtown and relax by the river or walk the trail to the Dairy Queen for some ice cream. Either way, I hope you enjoy your visit.
