reloveposh @savannah6677 Im sorry for not answering your messages. been really busy. as I mentioned in my other reply, the tulle skirt is more of a magenta color. it is about 24 to 27 inches long, and the elastic waist can stretch up to 40-41 inches. it is XL in size. It was supposed to be used for a costume, but never got to wear it. it is new but no tag. hope I answered your question.
