runnerbebe Hi! I just received the Oakley sunglasses! I’m wondering if they are indeed prescription. 😬 You didn’t mention that in the listing and it says RX on the box. They’re so dark I can’t tell when I put them on (my eyes might be a little bad too 😳) but I’m giving them to my son for a Christmas gift so before I accept them I just want to make sure. Thanks!

janina116 @runnerbebe hello! This style you are able to add prescription lenses but they would need to be added by a eye dr/store. The non RX version you wouldn’t be able to add them. If you don’t need prescription then they can be left as is :) the difference is materials I believe when it’s not RX compatible and you try to put RX lenses it will damage the frame.

runnerbebe @janina116 oh my gosh! Thank you for your quick reply. I didn’t accept them because my husband tried them on and said he thought they were prescription. I will go back and accept if I can. I’m so sorry. Thanks for clarifying
