jason731 @patriciawoodell Does the tracking number not show anything on your end? On mine it shows it was never scanned for shipment. Strange.

patriciawoodell @jason731 It shows not shipped on my end too. I'm contacting the post office right now. Sometimes we get the odd postman so who knows what happened. Let me get this sorted out with the post office. I'll let you know what happens.

patriciawoodell @jason731 I had to fill out a form online. I'm not sure how long this will take but as soon as I hear something I will definately let you know. I guess you could cancel your order and if I get the hat/package back I will let you know. I hope you will do the same. patriciawoodell @jason731 Let me be more clear. I got an update via USPS stating that your item has arrived at a South Carolina USPS Processing Center today at 11:51am. You should get it by tomorrow hopefully or Tuesday. As I recall it was a first class package and so it does take a few extra days.
