rudyscustoms @blairalayne the USPS has the product its just awaiting them to scan it in order for you to get up to date information. I can assure you that it has been dropped off at the post office, give it a few more days being that is the holiday season.

rudyscustoms @blairalayne yes I understand what you're asking however when they are dropped off at the post office I place them in their drop off location, therefore I am not provided a tracking number until they scan it in. We take many items at once and due to holidays and covid the line and wait times just aren't reasonable. I apologize for the inconvenience but as I stated I can assure you that your item has been shipped. At this point we wait until USPS to scan and update their information
