Hello again, this item is supposed to be a birthday gift for someone and it is going on 2 weeks and it still hasn't even been shipped. Could you please send me some sort of information? If there is a problem with the item or if there is an issue that is causing the delay that is totally okay it would just be nice to receive some kind of communication since it has already been paid for. Thank you
