upscalefinds Once accepted the refund is out of my hands and into Poshmarks. Have you contacted them? I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and believe me I am just as upset that my sale did not hold up at all to expectations. This is so disappointing. If you choose to do business with me again, just remind me of the issue and I’ll make it right in the only real way I can, with a discount for you.
