Clicked on your profile cuz when you shared my listings, you had the same name as someone I went to HS with - except she spelled it Jeanné and pronounced (Janay) - and then saw you’re downsizing to move abroad! Even though I wasn’t the high school friend you thought, maybe our paths have still crossed-I went to George Mason for undergrad (&grew up in Northern VA). I’m now trying to convince my husband to move to Canada. I’ve got wanderlust& really want our kids to experience more of the world. Canada is as far as he’s willing to consider (he’s a homebody). Any chance you lived there?I’ve been trying to get some insiders’ perspective to help make my case ☺️

sequinstiletto @jeanne_roberts aww thanks!! Well the blog is still live although I haven’t updated it much in the past year. We moved back to the US and started a business and until that is self-sufficient we won’t be moving abroad again. No I haven’t even travelled to Canada! We considered it many times for many reasons, and climate was the dealbreaker. New Zealand was our back up, and the distance was both a perk and a hindrance. 😝
