hunchabean Hi Jen, I was shocked at the condition of the silk dress. When I received it, it was perfect. When I removed it from plastic storage bin, there were stains all over it. I’m so sorry! I have no idea how the damage happened.i attempted dry cleaning, but with no luck. That pretty little dress is ruined. I’m sick about it.Not sure how we go about getting you a refund, but I’ll figure it out today. Again, My Apologies. Penny Wood
