misskdo So sorry to hear about the smoke smell on the J. Crew blouse you received today! I absolutely hate the smell of smoke and am definitely not a smoker myself. So I’m not sure what happened along the way. Anything I can do to help make it right? I hope the smell comes out in the wash. I really do apologize for the smell. I’ve always wondered about packaging things in a plastic shipping bag before boxing to avoid a situation like this.
