croman0326 @trevor102099 welcome Jen. If you have the app on your phone, you can click on your username, (on mine it’s on the bottom right, & click “my addresses”. Also posh will be emailing you with directions on what steps to take and how update the buyer regarding process. Posh does not release funds to you automatically.

croman0326 Posh does not release funds to you automatically. You have to verify you have shipped, tracking information will be sent to both you and buyer, once buyer receives package they have 3 days to verify that they want to keep & they did record in described condition. Once posh emails you “shipping label”, you have to print it out yourself. If you don’t have printer, try a local library.

croman0326 (Sorry, phone autocorrects; once buyer verified they recieved shipment, you will recieve funds.) Then take it to the usps post office, they give receipts. However since tomorrow is a federal holiday, post office most likely will be closed. I would update your buyer that you’ll be shipping out Friday or so. I’ve done this once and I know it can be tricky. Feel free to ask myself or anyone questions.
