candcfashion I must start off by apologizing, this is the situation. My 67 year old Dad is my partner, I handle the technical part, he is friends with most of the USPS, he can call the postman and I can go hand him the package, so when we sell something I tell him what to package and I go pick up the label to ship. Long story short, he confused what I told him with a small(size 6-8) bathing suit called a tankini. It retails at $43, I was going to list it for$25 but it's free for you.

candcfashion I just wanted you to know that what you're getting is free. I will not charge anything. I really want you to be happy with what you get even if it was an accident. I told my Dad that we had several orders and I should have taken time to make sure. I am really so sorry, I just hope this is a happy accident. I just wanted to explain the situation and apologize all over myself. I understand if you want to cancel it if you can, but please keep the suit with my apologies.

candcfashion I just wanted to also let you know that I will side with you if it is any kind of hassle, or I wilI send it back to you if it does try to take it. Surely we can keep it from happening by saying you got the wrong item or something. I will stop spamming apologies at you now, thank you for trying us. We sincerely hope you love the suit. It's new with tags still attached too.

candcfashion I was actually working on trying to play let's make a deal with the person who got those sent to them. I maybe able to work something out to get them back, maybe by tomorrow. I didn't want to say anything for sure until I knew I could get them back for sure. My Dad was worried to death about it, I just told him you weren't mad at him lol. I will see about getting those back and if you still want them we will get them to you. Free shipping for the hassle of course.

candcfashion I saw that I could self report that I sent the wrong item, so you shouldn't have to worry about charging you for my mistake. I am still new on here so I didn't know I could do that until just now. The tracking # is 9405 5112 0206 1932 2851 57, hopefully everything will work out with no hassle. I will let you know if I get the Puma Sportbras back really soon.

candcfashion I'm sorry about all of this hassle, I truly am, I even reported to them that I sent the wrong item. They locked me out of my account, I had to petition to be reinstated, but I saw this morning that I am good to go again. I also saw that they still charged you $9, it is in my account and I want you to have your money back. I can send it to you or whatever you want to do. I offered the lady who got the bras to trade for anything size 6-7 that she wanted,

candcfashion Unfortunately she is not being as nice as you or most of us would. I just don't think she realizes that I am trying to make you happy and not her. I offered her money back and she refused it. I am starting to wonder if she is taking it weirdly personal, but I am working on her. I just don't want you to be out anything, I feel terrible about the mix up, and I would do just about anything to make everyone happy.
