jcs4 Hi Jenna! The dress came today, but USPS wants $40 additional shipping. PM says to refuse and have it returned to you. Then you can reship it to me. I haven't refused as of yet. USPS has it. Just want to make Sure you are aware and so we can agree on how to proceed. Thanks! Jen
