melindam8289 Jennifer, I am the one that you bought the Two Faced palette from at the beginning of the month. I mailed the package to you on August 1st. I received it back in my mail today. Unfortunately the package was empty. Posh is aware of this and should be issuing you a refund. I am so sorry. There is a time where it took the package over a week to reach a distribution center that is only 150 miles away from where it left.
