lizdnicholson @janey54 I have no idea? It was so weird. I checked my email and saw the sale and then my next email was thank you for shipping?? There’s a notation in the shipping info that says Poshmark fee? Unless that’s the bundle but I think it usually says bundle discount. But I can’t change anything at all because it’s marked as shipped and I don’t know how it would be scanned in PA then immediately in CA.

lizdnicholson @janey54 Poshmark does not have a number. As far as I know that’s on purpose so that they don’t get bombarded with calls. The only option is email. Usually I hear back within 12-24 hours. Nothing today. I sent another email. I let them know we have communicated and were both confused about the tracking?? I did receive a shipping label for this bundle but I don’t want to ship anything until I hear from PM. Not taking any risks with an authentic Gucci bag!!

lizdnicholson @janey54 and in terms of selling, I’ve sold a lot, this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. It’s really strange. I got the email you purchase at 8:18 pm and the thanks for shipping email at 11:50 pm. It’s impossible to send a package in that time frame. I read the emails at midnight. It’s possible they issued duplicate labels?

janey54 @lizdnicholson I completely understand why you wouldn't want to ship since it already seems like you did according to PM. and I agree there is no way that could happen from the time frame I purchased to the label created. Anyway, let's see what they say. I am still interested in going forward. Maybe with the new label they could track that? Keep me posted

lizdnicholson @janey54 @janey54 I still haven’t heard anything and I’ve sent 2 emails. Do you want to try contacting them too? You should be able to by going into “my purchases” then click on the order and go to “problems/order inquiry” at the bottom. It’ll have reasons to choose from but just choose the closest because your email will have the rest of the information.

janey54 @lizdnicholson That the seller may have accidentally put the shipping label made for someone else onto my package. I wrote back, claiming that wasn't the case because you had received the order and then it said you shipped. The email also said to have the seller contact them directly.

lizdnicholson @janey54 @janey54 Uh no. They asked me if I did that. I told them I had not shipped any of my orders out yet, hadn’t even opened the emails with the printing labels yet! They told me “it sounds like” USPS accidentally enter the tracking number into their system which “inadvertently” caused it to be scanned and show it was “in transit.” They then said they do not have the ability to stop it and remove it from the order.
