pennysmart2018 @jnoe1122 I put in another support ticket and have even tried to come up with another solution with the person who has your package but nothing is working out. When I submitted the ticket again today I received a reply that I would hear back within 24 hours. I’m so sorry about this. There’s not a phone number to call either.

pennysmart2018 Jennifer, I'm truly sorry about this shipment. I see that you have cancelled it, and I completely understand. After 3 attempts to reach them, and getting a response that they will get back with me within 24 hours, I'm still waiting. I hope their new email system will help them eventually be able to reach out to support much quicker than this.
