joyful012 Thank You! Your awesome. I purchased the wen hair product which I did receive. The other 2 I thought was the pink creme a new one. And the baby one. I’m happy with keeping the white creme. The new one. But the other that’s just like it that’s half gone I didn’t purchase that. It needs to be replaced with the blue baby creme philosophy. Does that make sense? I would have never purchased 2 of the same product and not one used. I’m kinda a germ a phobic.

uppergirl @joyful012 ok I checked your bundle purchase and the wen, baby grace 3/4, and pure grace 1/2 is what was purchased. You got the wen and the full pure grace which would have been the same price as both the other items combined.

uppergirl @joyful012 yes you ordered the $25 baby grace that is 3/4 full which smells like mimosa which is a sweet smell mixed with a musk smell. You also ordered the $15 1/2 full pure Grace and the wen. I have a screenshot of your order which you can also see under your purchases.

uppergirl @joyful012 you received the wen, the 1/2 full pure grace and the brand new pure grace instead of the baby grace. You said you don't want used and the 2 products you purchased were used as stated in the description. Now the 2 used products equal the same amount of the brand new one I sent as a mistake. $25+$15=$40 and the full one was $40.

uppergirl @joyful012 so basically you got your same moneys worth in the 2 products instead of 3 which I gave another 15% discount on top of. So even though I sent the wrong item you still got products as the brand new are more expensive than the used for obvious reasons. If I understand correctly you don't want used so you wouldn't want the Baby grace anyway. So I feel like the transaction is pretty even. If you are interested in other items you can bundle and I can give you a discount
