jsquared2 @suepench hey Sue! Got the jeans today and before I accept I have a little issue I’d like to address. There is a big line/flaw in the front shin area of one of the pant legs. I put them on to see if it was still noticeable and it was. It’s about 1.25 inches wide and spans the whole front of the pant leg. It wasn’t in the pictures. Suggestions on how to handle it? I have pics but don’t know how to send them.

suepench @jsquared2 I’m sorry to hear this Jennifer! I didn’t notice that of course. Usually what happens in a case like this is that you open up a case with Poshmark and they will ask you to send photos. Are you able to do that?

jsquared2 @suepench realizing I can’t send pics, and you can’t see them, unless I dispute the purchase within Poshmark, is there something we could do with the price? As in is there a way to offer an adjustment through the dispute process? Or do you prefer they just come back?
