chicconcept Jennifer, I’m so sorry that you didn’t like the sandals. Those sandals were never worn. I packaged & cleaned them & didn’t notice any scratches. You should’ve opened an inquiry & posted pictures before accepting them. As you know all sales are final after you accept the merchandise. The only reason I sold those sandals were because of the European to American size conversion & they were tight for me. I would never jeopardize my reputation for that amount that you paid less 20% that I get.
