batiste668 @hi2shine I went to My Sales and selected Sent the wrong item and got a message that says they will "contact you and notify you to open a 'Received Wrong Item' case once they receive the order." Are you able to do that since you've already received and Accepted the order? Can you change it to "Order Not as Described?"

lrhogan777 hello there..I just wanted to give you heads up that it says that the pillow was delivered but it has not been..I let posh know this ...I places two orders with my posh credit that I won ..but the other order had an issue with no tracking number so maybe the post office and that was supposedly waiting for a second scan ..but unexpectedly was delivered yeaterday..maybe somehow it has mistaken that yours was delivered..lol. so I am supposed to wait three days per posh to see if it shows up..

I don’t know why it says “ insufficient address” — Sending to Alex Holcomb 4005 La Questa Dr Neosho MO 64850– I just checked everything is correct on posh side. I Google your address and there are 3 Apts or homes together. the mail man couldn't figure out which one because it only has address and there are 3 mailboxes out side . unless I'm wrong . please let me know if that's why it came back to me .

hi2shine Posh won’t let me change anything on update for address. If they will let you print another label then you literally WRITE IN “ apt C “ and it would get there. The rest of address is fine
