Hello Jennifer, I am deeply apologetic to the issue that came about with the golf shoes. I purchased those from the Adidas store and the box and the tag on the shoe said size 11. In my defense I really don’t think I deserve the rating you have provided on Poshmark, because this wasn’t done with malice intent. I strive to please my customers whether it’s online or in my store. You could have simply returned them and received your money back. In return 50% off you next purchase!
