Hi there this is Lea from uneekbuys and I just wondered if you could clarify something for me thatâs been bugging me for a long time. But I noticed that a lot of the sellers sell items for three dollars five dollars etc. and I canât imagine how they can make any money doing that. You might as well donate it if youâre selling it for $5âbecause PM still takes $2.95! So youâre only making $2.05! It doesnât make financial sense to wrap it & deliver it to the post office for $2.05âbut I guess everyone is different. My husband & I just had this conversation yesterdayâit makes no sense to us. Iâm happy weâre on the same page! đđđť

@luxurythreads The earrings that you purchased from shopzoeshop are replicas. I purchased the same ones. The pouch they arrived in was a dead give away. It is a navy blue shade as opposed to the signature purplish shade. I also took them to TB boutique who confirmed they were not authentic. Poshmark authorized a return and full refund. You may want to look into that. I posted full details in my closet.

@luxurythreads I don't know if the "damage" that you found on the earrings are the true reason you want a return, but if you look at the listing below, you'll see that what you call "damage" is part of look of the hardware. This hardware come with irregularities like that, and it's not the highly polished smooth ones. I went to the Post Office today to mail my sold bag to Poshmark to be authenticated and it occurred to me that I was sending an expensive item though the USPS without insurance. I do a lot of photos of the bag before I ship as well as it being packed & being packed well with bubble wrap, etc. I also get a receipt from the post office. I donât just leave the box in the collection box they keep outside. I hope that helps!

It just occurred to me that not only does USPS lose things but that if the only items going to that address in California are valued over $500 that they would be a pretty easy target to intercept...

@tbi20 I would send Posh customer service a message. Give them time to respondâit may take a day or two. I know there is a limit on the amount of Poshâs insurance through USPSâand itâs likely no where near the amount you sold your bag for. I would reach out to Posh. That will also likely work in your favor in the event you have an issue. Always photo-document everything you sell. If a case is opened it will help you. Sorry I canât be more help on the specifics.
