mckenzieanders Okay so here's what's happening, when you purchased those uggs, they were boxed and ready to ship and i put them in a friends car because the post office is so far away from where I live, and when I realized they were 1 size up from what I put, I cancelled it but my friend took them to the post office and their being shipped to you anyway

estuaryplans @mckenzieanders can you provide the tracking number? I bought them on jan 26th, but you cancelled the transaction 5 days later and relisted. Are you sure that the shipping label was made out to me and not the new buyer of the relisted uggs?

estuaryplans @mckenzieanders I received them today, kinda big for me but my mom likes them. They didn't come with the stain resistance spray though. Can you accept a lower payment because of that? I can do via posh, or merc for less fees
