joyfinding Hi Jenny, you bought a pair of BOC Born sandals from me and I just now realize that that I shipped you the wrong shoes today by mistake. I shipped a pair of CROCS. I am so sorry and I would of course be happy to accept a return and refund the money to you if you put in a problem claim.

joyfinding @jhjnewman I am holding the shoes for you and I have submitted a report to Poshmark about the situation. Poshmark says that they have a procedure in place for wrong items sent and so you will be receiving instruction from Poshmark on what to do. I’ll look for more communications from Poshmark and from you and will ship the correct pair when I know how to properly proceed. Hopefully we can get your shoes to you in a timely manner despite my confusion. I appreciate your patience. Thank you.
